What Does Depo Do?

1. Prepare your direct/cross-examination questions for trial directly from the deposition of the witness;

2. No typing, just a mouse click unless you choose to edit the question or answer to remove extraneous verbiage.

3. Capture the questions you select with just a mouse click from the deposition transcript and export them to Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect along with the answer given by the witness with the PAGE AND LINE NUMBER where the question begins and ends and where the answer begins and ends in the deposition.

4. You are fully prepared at a glance to impeach or refresh the witness’ testimony.

5. Just load the deposition into the program from a floppy disk, a CD or an e-mail you get from the court reporter and select the questions you wish to ask the witness at trial.

6. No need to set aside long blocks of time to select your questions, Depo automatically returns you to where you left off when you start your work again.

7. If you prefer, mark your questions in the paper deposition and have staff select them out of Depo.

8. Create your questions and answers using any font style and margins you prefer. Different fonts and margins for the questions and the answers if you like.

9. Automatically group your questions by subject matter no matter where the questions are found in the deposition. Then, when you are ready to export to your wordprocessor, rearrange your groups in the order you want them to print.

10. There are many more features you can learn about - simply download the trial version, and open the Tutorial by clicking on the Help icon.

11. Depo now supports Amicus, ASCII, Discovery ZX, Summation, E-Transcript Binder formats and more.
